When can a toddler use fluoride toothpaste?

I mistakenly bought a kids toothpaste thinking it was for toddlers with out fluoride. But on the label it says for kids 2+. But my kid is 2 but I still don't feel safe brushing her teeth with regular fluoride toothpaste.
