Where can I find Bake-N-Bite Chipotle Chicken Sausage Product of Canada?

This was in the frozen foods when I found it. Went back for more and was unable to find them and no one could tell me about them. Contains chicken sausage, cheddar, Chipotle and jalapeno peppers in a flaky pastry. Address on the box is Coming Home Foods LPT, 5240 Finch Ave. E. Unit 2, Toronto,Ontario MIS 5A2, Canada.
