Concussion?

yesterday I was sledding and i hit my head going off a jump. my neck is kind of soar and ive head a headache since then, and early today it really like hurt my eyes to look at one thing for to long and my eyes just kind of hurt all day. Im scared i might have a concussion b/c my sisters bf got one going off a jump. i dont want to tell my mom, because shell freak out at me because Ive already hurt my neck when i was like 7. i got a compressed vertebrate. well would you think i have a concussion, or should i tell my mom?
