My cervix is low and feels weird?

So the last few days I've noticed that my cervix is lowering. When I go to the bathroom and while I'm beginning to pee it doesnt bother me, but just before I finish I have this weird feeling like it hurts but kind of ticklish at the same time. I don't know whats happening! It's freaking me out. Has this happened to anyone or does anyone know what this is?
