She likes me.....she likes me not?

Im working as a conservationist before i go to college (ive taken a year of college). There is this girl i work with, I'm 19, shes 20, and I have been working with her for 5 months. During these last 5 months we've talked here and there but never really indepth. She's a really nice person......everything about her is really attractive to me. But I'm not sure whether she feels the same. This is where i need help. She tends to hang around and talk to this other guy in team who is an attractive guy so at first i thought i had no chance. But when I'm in her company and I'm looking elsewhere SHES STARING RIGHT AT ME!!! Everytime!!! and its not a disgusted look either, its a blatant 'checking me out' kind of look! Now the reason why I'm confused is that girls have seemed to be doing this to me lately since i got my braces off and got rid of my VERY bad acne! What is going on! I've never been noticed until this year! People have said, and i tend to disagree because of the traumatic time i had at an all boys school where i got teased about my looks, that im hot! At school no one said anything great about me or anything. Does this girl have a thing for me because i think im in love. Whats going on! What do i do? ps: the clock is working against me as im finishing up with this job in less than 2 weeks.
