AP English Test for juniors?

im taking ap english and im doing horrible on my essays im getting around 4's and 5's my teachers had been teaching us well but when it comes to actually writing i forget everything like syntax,diciton,tone, how to find main idea and things like that i there a site that can help me with this stuff, 5 stars easy for anyone who helps.
