3.8 million jobs go to migrants?

2.6 million of them are from outside the european union. The figure were released yesterday after months of demands by the National Statistics Labour Force Survey. That makes up 13 per cent of our current workforce. Is this a cause for concern in our times of catastrophic jobs meltdown ?
