Is the FCC unconstiutonal?

I noticed how censorship pretty much rules radio and television networks today and whats the point I mean you hear cursing almost every single day and isn't it our first amendment right of free speech there is even word crimes though to this to me is completely unfair if i didn't want to hear slang i would just change the channel. give me your opinion on it.
