I like him but how does he feel?

okk so i am in 8th grade and hes in 7th,, my friends know him and in the hallways his friends say he thinks i am hot and he likes me.. but idk when i walk into my cl he stares at me not a glance he stares with his arm holding his chin.and i really like him but i dont know him. i am shy so idk how to talk to him. do ya think he likes me and how do i talk to him????
