How do i stop loving a my ex?

we went out for 1 yr and 8 months but im only 17 it was my first love we broke up 3 months ago she seems like shes compleatly over me we dont even talk anymore she wont talk to me i dont kno why but ne ways we broke up because of her perents they were gonna like send her away if we didnt brake up. but i dont kno why cause i dont do ne thing wrong but i guess they tought i smoked and stuff but w/e how do i get over herrr cause i can go out with this other girl shes prety but i dont kno it just feels really weird to kiss and be with someone else i cant handle it like i dont want to use this gir as a rebound girl because shes really nice but its been 3 months i feel like im always gonna feel like this helpppppppppppppp
