Can I use rigatoni noodles to make a cheese type cerole?

I'm out of macaroni noodles. I want a side dish to go with a roast tonight. Anyone got a recipe that will work with rigatoni noodles? I don't have the ingredients for a tomato sauce. I have cheddar, pepper jack, parmesan, Swiss slices and some Cheez Whiz. Lol. Any ideas?
