Bright light in my dream?

Driving on high highway bridge in penger seat. Think I was with rob but not sure. See a white sparkly floating orb cloud ahead and it gets larger as we drive closer. Hear on the radio about some storms. We drive closer and all of a sudden we are in the white cloud. Can't hear, see anything but white peace. Silence. I try to tell the driver open the window because I felt like we were spinning with the car into the water under the bridge but I couldn't see if this were true. I couldn't move, and then this force pushed me back and I woke up saying open the window.�Now, I'm am due to have abd surgery in 4 days. Am I just being crazy?
